9. FAMILY LIES AND CRIMES: EMAIL PERVERTING THE COURSE OF JUSTICE (2009) Attached is another co-authored, also law-breaking email from family to me, this one dating from March 2009. Like the February 2007 email jointly written by the parents (attached to post 7 below), this email also commits serious crimes punishable by lengthy prison terms. But the email wasn't co-written by the same pair. This time one of the authors was / is the criminal cop. And again, the email account being used for the criminality was his mother's. She adds her own words at the end of this extraordinarily self-incriminating email. The email in fact commits two crimes: (1) perverting the course of justice through (2) witness intimidation. The first is a common law offence that carries a maximum sentence of 15 years, the second an offence under the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act (1994), punishable by up to five years. ACADEMIC TESTIMONIAL RECOMMENDING ME FOR AN MA (2007) In the previous post, showing and describing an email to me from my parents in February 2007, we see that they ask me there for my "long-term plan". They mention money left "to provide equally for" me by my recently deceased brother ______ , who had passed away in late 2006; but (1) they do not say how much was left to benefit me, and (2) they clearly imply in their email that it is no great sum (it was in fact £67,000, though that figure was hidden from me by all four members of immediate family until 2013). A stipulation that the parents make in their co-authored email of February 2007 is that in my planning, I should be considering study "with prospects of a decent job in a civilised country". FAMILY LIES AND CRIME: PARENTAL EMAIL BREACHING 2006 FRAUD ACT (2007) This email, reproduced in full here, came to me in reply to the first one I sent to my parents that raised questions about family hostility towards me since my boyhood and youth. By this time, I was 42. The email came from my mother's Hotmail account, but is titled 'Email from Dad'. As you'll read, it is a textbook example of CCC-perpetrator gaslighting and victim-blaming. From the start, much of the email is taken up with a long litany of allegations that are entirely fictional - I never did ANY of the things that he / they alleged there. On first reading this from them, I recall experiencing profound and lasting shock. UNIVERSITY TRANSCRIPT: UNDERGRADUATE RECORD (1983-88) Born in 1964, I did not start university at 18 as desired but in 1983 at 19, having been more or less forced into taking an unplanned, unwanted gap year. I did not receive an offer of a place from any of my first four choices of university, only the fifth and last. Teachers and friends were astounded at this, as was I. Because my A-level grades were so high, understandably I did not want to accept my Hobson's choice of a place. In the following academic year (1982-83), I was living in France and did not tell my parents which universities I was applying to. I received offers from all three. Though I did not even suspect this at the time, for 11 years now I have resolutely believed that parental interference with my applications to universities in 1982 is far and away the likeliest explanation for my receiving no offer from any of my first four choices of university back then. 5.   UNIVERSITY TRANSCRIPT: MAXIMUM GRADES AT MA LEVEL (2014-19) The attached provisional transcript shows perfect scores for my postgraduate study of Applied Linguistics (TESOL) between 2014 and 2019, a period in which I was still experiencing "severe depression" and "longstanding, untreated complex PTSD", as diagnosed by psychiatrists in France and England in 2009 and 2017. Very evidently, my mental illnesses - caused by family-inflicted CCC -  do not negatively affect my academic ability. Last, the transcript is labelled UNOFFICAL because, owing again to malevolent family interference, I could not fund much continuing study at this US university (in 2014, family evicted me after making false accusations about me to police, and UK students cannot obtain loans for study with universities overseas).

4. MY HEALTH: GP LETTER (JUNE 2024), PLUS BMI / WEIGHT, BP AND BPM READINGS (APRIL & MAY 2025) The attached letter from my doctor was written in mid-2024 to assist my pro bono lawyer's sterling, determined and successful efforts to secure housing for me in a city where neither I nor my family has any local connection, a factor which prevented me from being housed for 10 months between the winter of 2023 and late autumn of 2024. My condition of homelessness was caused / coerced by my mother in her deceitful, trust-abusing efforts to prevent me from taking up the study place at the University of Law that I had secured for the academic year 2023-24. She had deceived me into returning to England from Vietnam with false promises of financial support, and with the clear intention of causing me to become homeless and therefore unable to take up my university place. 2.   TWO-PAGE TIMELINE / CRIMELINE OF FAMILY OFFENCES (2006-14)   This second PDF (attached) is more concerned with the eight crimes that I know and can show were committed by family between 2006 and 2014. I believe that a thorough and proper, genuinely independent police investigation would reveal even more offending by family between 2014 and 2024: “the victim may not know the full extent of the perpetrator’s abuse” (CPS, 2015: n.p.).  Among the most important points to notice is that eve ry one of family's crimes is of the nature of coercive control - e.g., invasion of data privacy, harassment, and witness intimidation.
