10. FAMILY CRIMES: POLICE DOCUMENTS PROVING CRIMES SHOWN IN POST 9 (1 of 2)


In post 9 below, we've read in the justice-obstructing, witness-intimidating email from 'home' that - in his own, poorly disguised, incriminating words - "On Thursday, 26th March 2009, [the criminal cop] appeared before a ... Police Complaints Panel headed by a Chief Inspector Moira Moran."


I have written here and elsewhere that this was / is a law-breaking lie told by a police officer in writing to a witness reporting crimes by that officer during an ongoing police investigation into that same officer.


Attached here are the first XX of XX items of evidence that constitute conclusive and unarguable proof that this criminal police officer was here an offence far more serious than the original invasion and disclosure of private, protected data.


His emailed words of March 2009, sent at a very early point of the police investigation of him, claim that the matter 


Each document from his police employer's , attached here:


(1) either states or implies that a disciplinary hearing for the accused officer has not taken place;


and


(2) is dated MONTHS after his email (dates) claims that the case was wrapped up on 19 March.





collusion in that final report dated XX has the same verdict

I believe that a thorough and proper, genuinely independent police investigation would reveal even more offending by family between 2014 and 2024: “the victim may not know the full extent of the perpetrator’s abuse” (CPS, 2015: n.p.).  Among the most important points to notice is that eve ry one of family's crimes is of the nature of coercive control - e.g., invasion of data privacy, harassment, and witness intimidation. 9. FAMILY LIES AND CRIMES: EMAIL PERVERTING THE COURSE OF JUSTICE (2009) Attached is another co-authored, also law-breaking email from family to me, this one dating from March 2009. Like the February 2007 email jointly written by the parents (attached to post 7 below), this email also commits serious crimes punishable by lengthy prison terms. But the email wasn't co-written by the same pair. This time one of the authors was / is the criminal cop. And again, the email account being used for the criminality was his mother's. She adds her own words at the end of this extraordinarily self-incriminating email. The email in fact commits two crimes: (1) perverting the course of justice through (2) witness intimidation. The first is a common law offence that carries a maximum sentence of 15 years, the second an offence under the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act (1994), punishable by up to five years.
