4. MY HEALTH: GP LETTER (JUNE 2024), PLUS BMI / WEIGHT, BP AND BPM READINGS (APRIL & MAY 2025)

The attached letter from my doctor was written in mid-2024 to assist my pro bono lawyer's sterling, determined and successful efforts to secure housing for me in a city where neither I nor my family has any local connection, a factor which prevented me from being housed for 10 months between the winter of 2023 and late autumn of 2024.

My condition of homelessness was caused / coerced by my mother in her deceitful, trust-abusing efforts to prevent me from taking up the study place at the University of Law that I had secured for the academic year 2023-24. She had deceived me into returning to England from Vietnam with false promises of financial support, and with the clear intention of causing me to become homeless and therefore unable to take up my university place.

I lived in woodland of a university campus and stayed physically fit and well throughout that time.

Please note that in his letter, the doctor's concerns were primarily for my mental well-being. He mentions osteoarthritis, but this condition does not affect in any way my ability to study - and nor do the depression or the complex PTSD, which were first diagnosed in me in 2009 but did not prevent me from obtaining maximum scores in MA study of Linguistics between 2014 and 2019 (see post 5 above).

Note too that he mentions no concerns about substance abuse of any kind. I neither drink nor smoke.

Last, I also attach recent readings showing that my weight, BMI (body mass index), blood pressure and heart rate are normal and healthy.
